We are searching for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef to join our culinary team at Tiffany Diamond Hotels. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, working closely with senior chefs to deliver high-quality food that meets our guests' expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
The Demi Chef will be involved in all aspects of kitchen work, including mise en place, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
