This role is designed for a professional capable of blending technical SEO infrastructure, performance marketing, and community orchestration to prove unit economic viability. You will be responsible for dominating AI-generated search summaries on platforms like Perplexity and SearchGPT, while maintaining optimal web vitals and error-free indexation via Google Search Console.

In addition to technical operations, you will execute a high-volume content engine, producing over 20 micro-assets weekly through agentic repurposing of core brand pillars. Your focus will include running low-budget performance experiments to validate messaging and maintaining a rigorous social engagement loop. As a data-driven expert, you will design automated email and WhatsApp drips, ensure 100% QA on tracking via GTM/GA4, and adhere strictly to modern digital accessibility standards. This is an international contractual role offering total autonomy for a performer with startup DNA.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments. Expert mastery of GSC, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CapCut. Proven experience with AI-agentic workflows such as Make and Gemini. Technical ability to maintain web vitals (LCP/CLS < 2s) and indexation. Demonstrated success in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and SEO. Experience executing high-volume content repurposing for short-form video. Strong performance marketing skills with a focus on low CPL and micro-experiments. Ability to design and monitor automated email and WhatsApp lifecycle drips. Expertise in GTM tracking and 2026 digital accessibility standards.
