Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar creative role.
Excellent storytelling skills with a knack for turning ideas into viral content.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Ability to develop fresh, original, and engaging video concepts.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and audience engagement strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic mobile or desktop video editing applications.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous creative video content work.
