Key Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Food and Beverage Service or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter or bartender in a high-end establishment.
Comprehensive knowledge of food menus, wine pairings, and cocktail preparation.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy dining environment.
Strong attention to detail regarding table settings and cleanliness.
Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks required in service.
Multilingual abilities, specifically fluency in English and Kiswahili.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
