THE TEAM BUILDERS is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations for a prestigious upscale Hotel & Wellness Concept located in Tanzania. This senior leadership role requires a visionary professional capable of managing a high-volume kitchen while maintaining the exquisite standards expected in a luxury wellness environment. Key Requirements
Mandatory extensive experience in hotel kitchen management.
Proven track record in luxury or 5-star hospitality settings.
Strong leadership skills to manage and train a diverse kitchen staff.
Deep knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
