TICKETING CONSULTANT @ THE SINGH CONSULTANCY
We are looking for skilled Ticketing Consultants with strong corporate ticketing experience to join a growing travel team across Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex travel itineraries and providing expert ticketing services to corporate clients, ensuring a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The position requires a deep understanding of Global Distribution Systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be ready to contribute to a dynamic travel and hospitality team and take their career to a global level. The CTC for this role is up to USD 800. Locations include Kenya, Tanzania, and DR Congo.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in corporate ticketing
Hands-on knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to process international and domestic reservations accurately
Strong understanding of fare construction and rules
Experience in managing high-volume corporate travel requests
Proficiency in ticket re-issuances and refunds
Commitment to high-quality customer service standards
Ability to work independently and within a regional team
Knowledge of international travel and visa regulations
