The Digital Content Officer at The School of St Jude is responsible for crafting and managing compelling digital content that drives storytelling, fundraising, and marketing efforts. Based at the Sisia Campus in Arusha, the successful candidate will oversee the school's social media presence, creating engaging posts and monitoring audience interaction. This role is central to strengthening the school's brand and supporting academic and administrative departments through creative digital communication.
Key duties include producing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic designs while running strategic marketing campaigns. You will analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and write persuasive copy tailored for donor engagement. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Advanced proficiency in creative tools such as Canva and Adobe InDesign.
Demonstrated experience in videography and video editing for social media.
Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
Strong photography skills for high-quality visual storytelling.
Experience running and monitoring digital fundraising and marketing campaigns.
Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for donor and audience engagement.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and collaborate with internal teams.
