This role is designed for professionals who excel in high-profile event environments, ensuring that every guest receives a warm and professional welcome. As a Protocol Officer or Usher, you will be the face of the event, responsible for managing seating arrangements, directing guest flow, and providing essential support to the overall event coordination and logistics. In addition to the operational tasks, successful candidates will be expected to maintain the highest standards of etiquette and protocol. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team of event professionals, handling diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements
Age between 22-25 years.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Smart appearance and impeccable grooming standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during high-profile events.
Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Previous experience in event management or protocol services is an advantage.
Fluency in international languages such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency in managing seating arrangements and guest flow.
High standards of etiquette and knowledge of formal protocol.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events.
