Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Proficiency in computer networking and cabling
Experience with server maintenance and administration
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Strong understanding of data backup and security protocols
Good communication skills in both English and Swahili
Proven ability to work under minimal supervision
Analytical mindset for complex problem solving
Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA A+
Ability to manage database systems efficiently
