TREASURER (1 POSITION) @ THE MEDICAL ASSOCIATION OF TANZANIA
The Medical Association of Tanzania (MAT) is calling for applications for the position of Treasurer for the 2026-2028 term. The Treasurer is responsible for the financial health and sustainability of the association, overseeing all income, expenditures, and investment strategies. Key responsibilities include managing membership subscriptions, preparing financial statements, and advising the National Council on fiscal matters. Strong analytical skills for assessing membership dues and expenses.
Experience in auditing processes and financial compliance.
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial reports to the council.
Commitment to the 2-year leadership term (2026-2028).
Knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations for NGOs.
