FINANCE LEAD @ THE IA STAFFING AGENCY
A leading international trading group is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee tax, compliance, and financial control across African operations. The role is part of a climate solutions business unit focused on carbon-related trading and cross-border investments. This position involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while supporting the CFO for Africa on investment and restructuring decisions. Salary: USD 60,000 – 80,000 per annum.

Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or CTA is preferred.
5–8 years of professional experience in a tax or finance role.
Experience working within a multinational or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of African tax systems and international tax frameworks.
Proven experience in audits, transfer pricing, and cross-border compliance.
Experience in trading, commodities, or carbon markets is a distinct advantage.
High proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and advanced Excel.
Understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and OECD guidelines.
Ability to support investment decisions and corporate structuring.
