COLLEGE PRINCIPAL @ THE AMAZON COLLEGE (T) LTD
The Amazon College (T) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of College Principal for our Arusha and Mwanza campuses. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the campus, ensuring academic excellence, and fostering a productive learning environment for students and staff. This role requires a visionary leader who can implement strategic initiatives and manage campus resources efficiently. The Principal will serve as the chief administrative officer for the designated campus, coordinating between departments and representing the college within the local community. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, student affairs management, and compliance with national educational regulations. Candidates should be proactive and capable of driving the college's growth in the Arusha and Mwanza regions. Priority will be given to residents of these locations.
Key Requirements
Degree in Education or a related field
Dynamic, proactive, and able to manage campus operations effectively
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience in educational administration or management
Ability to oversee staff and student development programs
Familiarity with Tanzanian educational policies and regulations
Strategic planning and organizational expertise
Residency in Arusha or Mwanza is highly preferred
