KG TEACHER @ THE AJ GROUP
THE AJ GROUP is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten (KG) Teacher for the upcoming 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years. This role is vital for fostering the foundational growth of young learners in a supportive and engaging classroom environment. As a KG Teacher, you will be responsible for creating age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate cognitive and social development. You will work closely with a diverse team of educators and communicate effectively with parents to monitor student progress. Key Requirements
A certified professional teaching qualification at a degree level (B.Ed or equivalent).
Specialization in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Possession of a valid teaching diploma or professional teaching license.
Native English speaking proficiency for effective communication and instruction.
Demonstrated experience in a kindergarten or early years setting.
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning strategies.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a safe learning environment.
Experience in the UAE is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with parents.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-national academic team.
