HOMEROOM TEACHER @ THE AJ GROUP
We are looking for a Primary Homeroom Teacher to join THE AJ GROUP's academic staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a specific class, overseeing the core curriculum and providing holistic support to students. This role involves teaching multiple subjects and ensuring a cohesive learning experience for children in their primary years.
In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for students and their guardians, tracking academic growth and social wellbeing. You will be expected to utilize modern teaching methodologies to engage students and adapt lessons to meet various learning needs. Key Requirements
A degree-level teaching qualification such as B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, or B.Ed.
A recognized teaching diploma or educational license.
Specialization in Primary Education or a core subject area.
Previous experience working as a Homeroom or Class Teacher.
Proficiency in delivering a broad-based primary curriculum.
Strong organizational skills for managing classroom records and schedules.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience in the UAE.
Ability to integrate technology into daily classroom instruction.

Strong collaborative skills for working with subject-specific specialists.
