The Finance Officer will be tasked with managing bank and cash reconciliations, executing payment transfers via various channels, and assisting the management team with monthly financial reporting and budget monitoring. You will also take the lead in payroll processing and ensuring that all statutory deductions are handled in alignment with Tanzanian tax regulations. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance.
Proven experience within the transport or logistics industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
High level of integrity and professional ethical standards.
Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
Ability to manage strict deadlines and handle multiple financial tasks.
Strong communication skills for effective internal reporting.
