Tens Ventures is seeking a competent and motivated Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong foundation in human resource management to contribute to our organizational success. The Junior HR Officer will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Key responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR strategy and contributing to a thriving workplace environment. The gross salary for this position is TZS 1,600,000 per month.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience working in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems (HRIS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Experience in the logistics sector is an added advantage.
