Key Requirements
Proven experience of 2-3 years in hotel reservations.
Familiarity with hotel booking engines and software.
Strong customer service orientation and sales skills.
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email.
Excellent attention to detail for data entry and documentation.
Experience in a 3-4 star hospitality setting is preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of different room categories and resort amenities.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Problem-solving skills for booking conflicts or guest issues.
Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
