Tembo Kiwengwa Resort is hiring professional Receptionists to provide a warm and efficient welcome to our guests. You will handle daily front desk operations and act as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring every guest feels valued. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Requirements
Proven experience of 2-3 years in a hotel reception role.
Experience in 3-star or 4-star hotel environments preferred.
Excellent command of the English language.
Proficiency in front office software and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Knowledge of local Zanzibar tours and attractions.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and holidays.
Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
High school diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
