You will lead a team of attendants to ensure every room and public area meets our 4-star excellence guidelines. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for world-class facilities and guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Proven experience of 2-3 years in a housekeeping supervisory role.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Prior experience in 3-star or 4-star hotel establishments.
Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a large team.
Excellent eye for detail during room and public area inspections.
Ability to manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
Time management skills to ensure rooms are ready for check-ins.
Effective communication skills with both staff and guests.
Physical stamina to perform inspections across the resort.
Basic computer literacy for report generation.
