We are seeking charismatic Guest Relation Officers to enhance our guests' stay at Tembo Kiwengwa Resort. In this role, you will focus on building rapport with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues to ensure a memorable vacation experience. We are looking for passionate, result-driven individuals who can represent the hotel's 4-star standards.

Key Requirements
Proven experience of 2-3 years in guest relations or public relations.
Prior experience in a 3-4 star hotel environment.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
A full-length professional photo must be included with the CV.
Outgoing personality with the ability to build guest rapport.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international guests.
High standards of grooming and professional presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of hotel operations and service standards.
Strong organizational skills for managing guest requests.
