Tembo Kiwengwa Resort is a prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of Zanzibar. We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in the luxury hospitality sector. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of comfort and excellence for our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, managing staff schedules, and implementing guest service protocols. We offer a supportive and luxurious work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development within our hotel group. Meals and transport to and from the workplace are provided as part of the employment package.

Key Requirements

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a management role. Previous experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel environment. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory. Expert knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS). Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Ability to handle guest complaints and conflict resolution efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. High standards of personal grooming and professionalism. Knowledge of international guest expectations and luxury service. Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
