MIS EXECUTIVE @ TEF CONSULT
TEF Consult is seeking a highly motivated and skilled MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing business intelligence reporting, developing comprehensive dashboards, and performing advanced SQL scripting for data mining purposes. You will be responsible for supporting revenue planning, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring the absolute accuracy and efficiency of our internal reporting systems through strategic automation.
In addition to technical duties, you will be expected to prepare and present high-level performance insights to management, helping to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of professional integrity, and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to support our team's operational goals in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience in IT, MIS, or reporting roles
Proficiency in SQL scripting and database management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience in dashboard development and visualization tools
Competence in data mining and statistical analysis
Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
