TECIC Tanzania Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of the people-related functions within the organization, serving as a reliable backbone for staff well-being and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will act as a steady presence, ensuring that human resource processes run smoothly behind the scenes while championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, handling employee relations, and enforcing HR policies in accordance with Tanzanian labor laws. You will also be tasked with coordinating training programs, performance appraisals, and maintaining meticulous HR records. This position is ideal for a professional who can work independently, handle sensitive information with discretion, and provide essential support to management in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of proven HR management experience
Solid knowledge of Tanzania's Employment and Labour Relations Act
Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal
Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive matters with care
Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools
Ability to work independently and take initiative without being micro-managed
Fluency in English and Swahili is an added advantage
Extensive experience overseeing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processes
Demonstrated ability to coordinate training, performance appraisals, and staff development plans
