OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR @ TECHMAX
Techmax is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily office operations, ensuring that the work environment remains productive and efficient for all staff members. Key duties include managing administrative tasks, coordinating office supplies, and serving as the main point of contact for internal and external communications. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the professional image of the company while supporting various departmental functions through meticulous record-keeping and scheduling. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Science Studies and at least two years of relevant experience in an office environment. Strong computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential requirements for success in this role. You will be expected to handle administrative support tasks, maintain filing systems, and assist in general clerical duties as needed.
