AUTOMATION TEST LEAD (2 POSITIONS) @ TECHLOGIC SOLUTIONS LLC
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic software testing team at Techlogic Solutions LLC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software testing methodologies, with a particular emphasis on Postman, Java, SDET, and Manual Testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead testing efforts, ensure quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes. Possible work locations for this onsite role include Dallas, TX and Seattle, WA.
As a lead, you will design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Postman and Java. You will perform manual testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality meets requirements while collaborating with development teams to provide feedback on testability. Candidates will analyze test results, document findings, and communicate issues to stakeholders effectively. The role involves participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure high-quality deliverables across all projects.

Key Requirements
Proficient in Postman for API testing and validation.
Strong knowledge of Java programming for test automation.
Experience with Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) practices.
Solid understanding of manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Must have at least 10 years of professional software testing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead testing initiatives and work collaboratively.
