taristar group limited is looking to hire two (2) enthusiastic Reception Teachers for an International School at Masaki, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Reception Teacher plays a vital role in laying the foundation for early years education, fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This position involves developing and delivering engaging lessons that support the holistic development of students, including their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. The successful candidates will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive first school experience for all children.
Candidates must possess Cambridge Experience, demonstrating familiarity with the Cambridge Primary curriculum and its application in early years settings. Key responsibilities include planning and executing age-appropriate activities, assessing student progress, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven experience as a Reception Teacher, preferably in an international school setting.
Demonstrable Cambridge Experience, specifically with early years curriculum.
Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
Ability to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Excellent classroom management skills and ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
