Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or similar role.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Experience using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is highly preferred.
Ability to prepare and present accurate financial reports to management.
Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations in Tanzania.
Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential data.
