Tanzanite HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Camp Manager to join a prestigious luxury safari hospitality brand located in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional level of service, overseeing the daily operations of the camp, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role requires an individual who thrives in remote environments and is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for discerning travelers.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a professional team to ensure all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, operate seamlessly. You will handle guest relations with professionalism, ensuring that all needs are anticipated and met promptly. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a deep passion for wildlife conservation and sustainable tourism, capable of upholding the brand reputation in a competitive and demanding market.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or safari lodges
Previous leadership experience as Assistant Camp/Lodge Manager or similar
Strong team leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
Solid understanding of camp operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
Passion for delivering high-end service standards in remote environments
Proficiency in hospitality management software
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Fluency in English (Swahili as a secondary language is preferred)
Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively
Valid certification in Health, Safety, and First Aid
