CASHIER @ TANZANIAN WILD CAMPS
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at our properties. The Cashier will be responsible for handling payments, performing daily reconciliations, and ensuring that all front-of-house financial records are accurate. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest level of financial integrity.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a customer-facing role within the hotel or restaurant sector. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure and capable of maintaining professional composure during busy periods. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a cashier, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant.
Good knowledge of cash handling and daily reconciliation.
Basic accounting and computer skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
High degree of accuracy in handling cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Ability to resolve guest payment queries professionally.
