The Graduate Trainee Program at Tanzania Securities Limited is a comprehensive one-year rotational initiative designed for high-potential individuals beginning their careers in financial markets. Trainees will gain exposure to diverse departments, including Research & Advisory, Global Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, and Marketing.
Participants will receive hands-on experience by contributing to live transactions such as IPOs and bond auctions. The program emphasizes professional development through dedicated mentorship, advanced training in financial modeling, and structured quarterly performance reviews to ensure candidates build a robust skill set for future career opportunities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting
Must be a Tanzanian national who graduated from 2023 onwards
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent work ethic and professional conduct
Curiosity and a willingness to learn financial systems
Fluency in English and Swahili
Previous financial internships are considered a strong asset
Progress toward CFA Level I or CISI certification is preferred
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
