SANITARY PRODUCT QC SUPERVISOR @ TANZANIA SANITARY PRODUCTS FACTORY
Tanzania Sanitary Products Factory is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitary Product QC Supervisor to join the TZ Quality Control Department at our Kibaha facility. In this permanent role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet the highest quality standards. This includes developing and refining process quality standards, monitoring incoming materials, and managing quality exceptions to ensure operational excellence through rigorous follow-up on corrective actions.
Beyond technical oversight, the supervisor will be tasked with personnel management, including training and performance assessment of factory employees. The role involves deep statistical analysis and the preparation of comprehensive quarterly performance reports to guide factory improvements and strategic decision-making. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Relevant quality management experience
Strong statistical analysis capabilities
Personnel management and training experience
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in developing and refining process quality standards
Capability to inspect incoming materials and raw components
Ability to handle quality exceptions and execute corrective actions
Proficiency in preparing quarterly quality performance reports
