Tanzania Labour Guide is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and transform the HR function within the hospitality industry in Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of professional HR experience.
Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry is highly preferred.
Proven leadership and strategic management skills.
High level of maturity and advanced decision-making ability.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a strong company culture.
Expertise in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience in driving staff training and development initiatives.
Skill in implementing objective performance appraisal systems.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
