Tanzania Health Summit (THS) is a prominent Non-Profit Health Organization dedicated to improving healthcare access for vulnerable populations across Tanzania. Since our establishment in 2014, we have focused on overcoming literacy barriers and empowering the youth to lead positive health transformations. Our work spans six core pillars, including Health Advocacy, Research & Innovation, and Institutional Strengthening, all aimed at fostering a sustainable and equitable healthcare ecosystem.
The Accounts and Finance Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage daily financial operations, provide accurate reporting, and assist in strategic budget management. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to uphold transparency and ensure that all financial activities align with organizational policies and national tax regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial record keeping and bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting standards in Tanzania.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
Strong communication skills for internal and external auditing support.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding financial data.
