Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma level is required.
Form Four Leavers are also encouraged to apply.
Must be a resident of Arusha, with strong familiarity with the city and its surroundings.
Age between 25 to 40 years.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
Experience in microfinance, credit management, or customer service is an added advantage.
Ability to identify, recruit, and retain clients for various loan products.
Capable of conducting loan assessments, appraisals, and ensuring policy compliance.
Proficiency in monitoring loan performance and ensuring timely repayment.
Skill in providing financial guidance and support to clients.
