This pivotal role is designed for a technical expert proficient in comprehensive product repairs, in-depth troubleshooting, and efficient spare parts management, ensuring exceptional after-sales service operations across designated operational zones within Tanzania. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical support, overseeing service center functions, and upholding rigorous quality repair standards.The primary responsibilities of this technician include actively troubleshooting and repairing complex customer products situated at the Zonal Service Center. Furthermore, the role involves crucial logistical and management tasks such as handling technical escalations, providing essential support to Authorized Service Centers, and diligently monitoring the utilization of spare parts and warranty stock. A core focus will be on achieving critical service KPIs and minimizing turnaround times for repairs. The technician will also be required to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on repair activities and fault trends, and actively coordinate internal technical training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall service quality.
