Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG) - Mbigu Christian Centre is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to fill the position of Accountant at their center in Morogoro. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring the fiscal integrity of the church's programs and community initiatives. The position is based at the Mbigu Christian Centre in the Morogoro region. Key Requirements
Must hold at least a Diploma in Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of professional experience in accounting, procurement, or business management.
A strong commitment and heart for serving children and participating in church ministry activities.
Must be aged between 25 and 40 years, though special permits may be considered for those outside this range.
Must be a born-again Christian with a consistent and verifiable daily testimony of faith.
Ability to prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the church center.
Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling financial transactions and church resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight reporting deadlines.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with church leadership, staff, and community members.
