Key Requirements
Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Food Science and Technology
Minimum three years of working experience in food processing
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
Ability to analyze chemical and physical properties of food samples
Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and software
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solving skills in a technical environment
Team-oriented approach to process improvement
