HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER @ TALENTSUITE
TalentSuite is seeking a dedicated and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our operations in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people strategies, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and operational excellence. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to leadership while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

You will also drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting employee wellbeing. This is a full-time position reporting to the Country Director or Managing Director, requiring a professional who can navigate a fast-paced and multicultural environment with ease.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or professional HR certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
At least 3 years of experience serving in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proven proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and succession management.
