EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE C-SUITE REGIONAL LEADER (DEFENSE/AEROSPACE INDUSTRY) @ TALENTONE
TalentOne is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite Regional Leader within a fast-paced, technically driven environment in the United Arab Emirates, primarily located in Abu Dhabi. This is far beyond a traditional administrative role; it is a strategic right-hand position situated at the very center of executive decision-making, operations, and business execution. You will work directly with a high-growth, technically advanced organization in the Defense and Aerospace industry where speed, precision, and execution excellence matter every day. As the trusted gatekeeper, you will manage a complex, fast-moving calendar across global stakeholders and prepare high-impact presentations and board materials. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional priorities across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure organizational alignment. You will handle confidential communications with absolute discretion and support international travel and high-level engagements. This role requires a professional who can drive follow-ups on key business actions and ensure strict execution discipline across the board.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6+ years’ experience supporting C-Level executives, preferably at the CEO or MD level.
Professional background in MRO, Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex schedules.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities to interact with global partners.
Strong business acumen and the proactive ability to anticipate the needs of executive leaders.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel for reporting.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, technically driven environment.
High degree of discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Experience in coordinating international travel logistics and high-level corporate engagements.
Proven ability to drive execution discipline by following up on key business actions across departments.
