Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a client in the medical industry for a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to support pharmaceutical operations within a regulated healthcare environment. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in compliance-driven settings and are passionate about ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication management. The role requires a candidate who can maintain meticulous records and support ongoing audits and inspections. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications in line with medical standards, managing inventory, and providing expert guidance on medication usage and side effects. This position offers a salary of USD 800 per month. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to optimize patient care and outcomes while ensuring full compliance with national pharmaceutical regulations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Valid professional license to practice in Tanzania
3–5+ years’ experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations
High attention to detail and ethical responsibility
Experience in inventory and stock control systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure healthcare environment
Proficiency in pharmaceutical software and databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
