Talent45 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Ikeja, Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to pitch our products and services, aiming to convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. You will be tasked with identifying customer needs and providing solutions that drive revenue growth for the company.
The position offers a monthly salary of N220,000. As a senior member of the sales team, you will also be expected to provide guidance to junior staff and contribute to the overall sales strategy by identifying market trends and customer feedback. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume telesales or telemarketing role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and performance quotas.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner.
Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively over the phone.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools for lead management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude towards cold calling and customer follow-ups.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
Deep understanding of sales psychological principles and persuasive communication techniques.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
