TECHNICAL MANAGER @ TALENT SEARCH STAFFING
Talent Search Staffing is looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead its Technical Department in Tanzania. This senior leadership role involves full responsibility for managing project managers, technicians, fabrication teams, installation teams, and various subcontractors. The successful candidate will ensure that all technical projects, ranging from security systems to solar installations, are executed with precision, meeting high-quality standards while adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of management experience in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong electrical and technical background with proven industry expertise.
Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Electric Fencing, Solar Systems, and Gate Automation.
Deep technical knowledge of Gallagher, Centurion, and Victron systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for project design and technical planning.
Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams including technicians and subcontractors.
Strong project management skills to deliver results on time and within budget.
Relevant Engineering, Construction, or Technical Qualification is highly advantageous.
Experience with farm, game farm, and wildlife reserve fencing projects is a plus.
