Talent Grid Africa is looking for a professional Wheel Loader Operator to assist in our Dar es Salaam infrastructure projects. The successful applicant will be tasked with loading materials, moving bulk items, and maintaining clean site conditions through efficient material handling.
You will work to optimize the flow of materials on-site, ensuring that equipment and personnel have the supplies necessary for their tasks. Safety is paramount, and you must maintain constant awareness of your surroundings and perform regular equipment maintenance to prevent project downtime.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of proven wheel loader operating experience
Valid Class G licence or recognized operator certification
Expertise in bulk material loading and stockpiling
Strong understanding of heavy equipment safety
Ability to conduct thorough equipment inspections
Effective communication with ground and trucking teams
Punctuality and dedication to project schedules
Analytical mindset for workflow optimization
Physical stamina and high situational awareness
Adherence to all company and site environmental policies
