Talent Grid Africa requires a professional Tipper Truck Operator for a significant infrastructure project in Dar es Salaam. The driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of construction materials, including soil, sand, and aggregate, between project sites.
You are expected to operate the tipper truck with a focus on safety while adhering to local road traffic laws and site-specific traffic management plans. Timely delivery of materials and accurate logging of transport activities are key components of this role, ensuring project timelines are consistently met.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of proven tipper truck operating experience
Valid Class G licence or relevant professional driving permit
Excellent driving record with adherence to traffic safety
Ability to perform vehicle checks and maintenance
Good knowledge of Dar es Salaam transport routes
Capacity to handle load distribution and dump safety
Strong commitment to safety protocols and site rules
Ability to communicate effectively with site loaders
Proficiency in basic mechanical diagnostics
Punctual and reliable during material transport cycles
