Talent Grid Africa is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Personnel to join their dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors by patrolling the premises and monitoring all activities. This role requires a vigilant individual capable of identifying potential security risks and responding to emergencies with poise and discipline.
The position involves the operation of advanced security technologies, including CCTV systems, and necessitates a high level of physical fitness for long hours of patrolling. Candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism while working in various environments, such as healthcare or corporate settings. The role requires flexibility to accommodate shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous protection of assets and personnel.

Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Security Management or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in the security industry, preferably in healthcare or corporate sectors.
Must possess a valid security certification or license applicable in Tanzania.
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and modern security technology.
Excellent physical fitness and the stamina to conduct foot patrols for long hours.
High level of integrity, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
Willingness and availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong observation skills and the ability to identify suspicious behavior or hazards.
Capability to remain calm and take decisive action during emergency situations.
Effective communication skills for documenting incidents and reporting to management.
