Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Security Management or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a security role within a healthcare, corporate, or institutional environment.
Valid security certification or license in accordance with Tanzanian regulations.
Basic understanding and operational knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems.
Ability to identify potential security threats and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
High level of integrity, professionalism, discipline, and accountability.
Willingness and flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duty.
Customer-service mindset when assisting patients, visitors, and staff within the facility.
