ROLLER OPERATOR @ TALENT GRID AFRICA
Talent Grid Africa is hiring a professional Roller Operator to support our infrastructure operations in Dar es Salaam. The operator will be responsible for the compaction of soil, aggregate, and asphalt layers to ensure stable foundations for roads and other infrastructure projects.
Working as part of a road construction team, you will ensure that all compacted surfaces meet the engineering compaction standards required for the project. You must maintain your machine in excellent working condition and report any issues immediately to the site mechanics.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of proven roller operating experience
Valid Class G licence or recognized operator certification
Knowledge of soil and material compaction techniques
Ability to follow engineering specifications for density
Expertise in performing routine machine maintenance
Strong attention to detail and ground conditions
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Punctuality and reliability in operational duties
Experience with various compaction machine models
