Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support or systems administration
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
Familiarity with network management and cybersecurity practices
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Hands-on experience in providing timely technical support and troubleshooting
Proficiency in administering user accounts, access controls, and permissions
