GRADER OPERATOR @ TALENT GRID AFRICA
Talent Grid Africa is currently seeking a highly skilled Grader Operator to join a prestigious infrastructure project in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating motor graders to level, grade, and contour surfaces to specified elevations, ensuring high-quality construction standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires precision and a commitment to workplace safety. Candidates will perform routine inspections of machinery, report any mechanical defects, and maintain logs of daily operations. You will work closely with site supervisors to interpret blueprints and site plans, ensuring that grading activities align with project specifications.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of proven grader operating experience
Valid Class G licence or recognized operator certification
Strong understanding of site grading specifications and blueprints
Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and inspections
Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
Punctuality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills for team coordination
Ability to work in outdoor construction environments
