Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of business development experience.
Proven track record in B2B sales and revenue generation.
Previous experience within HR, recruitment, staffing, HR technology, or HRMIS environments.
Deep understanding of the Tanzanian business landscape and corporate market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Possession of an existing corporate and HR network within Tanzania.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a growth-stage startup environment.
Proficiency in preparing professional presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
